yoga, mindfulness and meditation for modern life

Modern life, modern challenges
Life gets busy
Juggling multiple responsibilities drains your energy, leaving you stressed and exhausted. When we can’t see the bigger picture, we lose our joy—the very essence of a happy life.
When work-life balance crumbles
We lose sight of what’s important. Work becomes a mere chore, and you feel trapped in an endless cycle. Moving nowhere fast, you’re destined to hit a wall. Without proper grounding techniques, burnout and disease become inevitable.
A bit of everything all the time
Relentless marketing and social media have distanced us from our authentic selves. We’ve lost touch with our true desires and preferences. Eventually, we wake up to find ourselves living someone else’s life.

About me
In mid-covid 2021 I burned out as a high-school teacher, lost myself entirely in a changing world and got hospitalised and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I hit a dead-end, while I was supposed to be in the prime of my life. Then and there I decided to take control of my life. I re-calibrated my life from fear to love; quitting my job, breaking ties with toxic friends and prioritising my mental and physical health. I discovered that “people live like they have two lives and the second one, begins the moment I realised I only had one to begin with.” This was phase one of this project.
In phase two I went out in the world to explore and learn. I travelled as much as I could, build skills along the way and kept discovering new parts of myself. I was going wherever the wind would take me: Because of this lifestyle I got to carve out my own path. I danced my heart out in Colombia, trained myself as yoga teacher in the middle of the jungle and worked a series of odd jobs to sustain myself. My dharma (my why) kept becoming clearer with every step: I’m meant to share all this wisdom and beauty with others.
Phase three is the external embodiment of everything I’ve learned over the past 5 years. I want to help people find peace and meaning in their life, not by imposing my way of life on them, but by sharing the tools that have helped me. I’m an eternal student of life and this business is all about taking you on a ride with me.
