Breathwork

for people who want to feel more alive.

Most of us are moving fast and feeling less. Breathwork changed that for me, and now I help others find the same shift. I'm Durim, and this is an open invitation to go inward.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a deep practice that takes you inward. By consciously filling the body with oxygen, you bring yourself back to life in a way that normal meditation rarely reaches. Your nervous system calms down. You drop into a state of presence that feels different to anything you've experienced before.

And beyond that, breathwork has a way of helping you move through things you've been carrying for a long time. Old events, unprocessed feelings, weight you didn't even know you were still holding. After a session, people often describe feeling lighter, more open, more connected to themselves and to others.

It's not magic. It's just your breath, used with intention.

What a session looks like

We start gently. A short grounding, a bit of explanation, so you know what's coming and feel ready. Then we move into conscious connected breathing, and from there we go on a journey together.

I don't follow a fixed script. I pay attention to what you need and adapt as we go. Sometimes that means holding space quietly. Sometimes it means guiding you more actively. My job is to stay grounded so that you can feel safe enough to let go.

When the breathing is done, we take time to integrate. Through conversation, journalling, or whatever feels right. The intention is always the same: to bring what happened inside, out into the open.

A community built around growth

This isn't just about individual sessions. It's about belonging to something. A group of people who are committed to showing up as their most authentic selves, who focus on their strengths rather than their shortcomings, and who want to grow toward love rather than be driven by fear.

Together, we're here to bring a little more beauty and healing into the world. One breath at a time.

About Durim

In 2021 I was hospitalised, diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and completely lost. That was the moment everything changed.

What followed was a six year journey across continents, through jungles, through grief, through joy, and through myself. I trained as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, and slowly found my way back to something that felt like home.

I'm not a guru. I'm someone who went through the fire and came out the other side with tools that genuinely work. Breathwork is the one I keep coming back to, and sharing it with others is why I'm here.
